Vegetarian

Usually,i do not enjoy cooking for vegans.I find no joy in doing that. And whenever i have vegan customers dining at the restaurant,i go crazy.Why the hell would anyone go to a non-vegetarian restaurant asking for vegetarian food??Do meat eaters ask for meat at a vegetarian restaurant? F.U.C.K.N.O!!

Anyway,today i did something for my staff,Harry.
Harry is a vegan and since he's such a nice lad,i thought i'll give him a treat.

Shiitake & Enoki Burger.I used shiitake mushroom,enoki (golden mushroom) and chinese mantou.

The salad was quite normal,but the dressing wasn't.I used miso paste and citrus for the dressing,and sprinkled some Greek Feta on top.

As for the fries,i seasoned them with salt and curry powder.

Harry enjoyed his lunch,and i'm glad he did.I made one for myself and i liked it too.
